Q)I love a pair of shoes on your site, but they are sold out in my size.  Do you restock your shoes, and can I get a notification when they are back in stock?

A) At Autograf New York, we intentionally carry a small inventory of carefully curated  styles and sizes.  We keep our selection small and review it often so we can offer our customers the most current styles, and the opportunity to own a shoe unlike any other.  Occasionally we will restock a favorite size, color or style, but our goal is to maintain a highly sought-after collection of limited edition footwear.  If your favorite style is unavailable, you can be certain that a new favorite is going to be arriving soon, so check the website often for updates.  You can also be the first to know of a new style by signing up for our monthly newsletter.


Q) My shoes size varies depending on the brand.  Do Autograf New York shoes typically run small or large?  Do you offer narrow and wide widths?

A) At Autograf New York, we understand that every foot, and every fit, is different.  We offer handmade artisanal leather shoes that mold and shape to provide a perfect fit.  We do not offer narrow and wide widths at this time, but we offer a  free “no-risk perfect fit” return policy.  Please use our sizing guide to determine your closest size, and rest assured that you can swap them for another size if they aren’t perfect for you.


Q) I just ordered a pair of Autograf New York Shoes and can’t wait to wear them!  What is your typical delivery time?

A) We want you to be wearing your new shoes as soon as possible and ship within 3-5 days of purchase.

Q) I am wanting to purchase a very specific type of shoe.  Do you offer custom-made shoes?

A) Autograf New York shoes are not currently available for custom orders at this time.


Q) Are Autograf New York shoes available in stores?  I’d like to try on a pair before I purchase to make sure I get the right size.

A) Autograf New York products are exclusively available online.  With our no-risk return policy, you can be confident that your fit will be perfect.


Q) What is your return policy?

    A) At Autograf New York, we believe that every foot is different, but every fit can be perfect.  We offer free returns and exchanges for all new, unworn products within 30 days of purchase.  It is our mission to provide you with the perfect fit.  Contact info@autografnewyork with questions or to start the return process.


    Q) I love my shoes and am planning to buy my next pair soon.  Do you offer a rewards or “Frequent Buyer” program?

      A) So glad you love your new shoes.  We are announcing a new “Autograf Associate” program soon, please sign up for our newsletter so you’ll be the first to know when it launches!


      Q) I live in Manhattan and would love to visit your warehouse.  Can I make an appointment to come by for a fitting?

        A) At this time we do not offer a custom fitting service.  However, with our generous free return policy, you can be certain that your Autograf New York shoes will be a perfect fit, or you can return them risk-free.


        Q) Do I have to pay for shipping if I need to return my shoes?

          A) We want you to love your new Autograf Shoes.  If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your new, unworn shoes to us during the first 30 days after purchase for a full refund.  Please contact us at info@autografhewyork.com to start the return process.

           

          Q) Do you ever offer discounts on shoes?
